"I started training with Jim in mid-October 2003. That was one year after I had my first baby. I had gained 50 pounds over the course of my pregnancy. After my baby was born, I needed to get back into shape. Jim worked with me to demonstrate the best foods to eat based on my individual makeup instead of giving me a 'standard diet' that 'works for everyone.' Within 5 weeks, I had gone down two pant sizes. I really felt a sense of accomplishment and self-confidence from that. It is now mid-February and I have noticed an increase in strength and endurance. In addition, I have noticed the "pouch" in my mid-section has decreased and no longer hangs down. I have also started to notice muscle definition in my arms, legs, and stomach. Furthermore, not only am I starting to look better, but am also feeling better about myself. Jim is a wonderful encouragement and makes training something I look forward to every week."
