We recognize that not everyone needs detailed one-on-one personal training services. In fact, there is a group of people out there that already know quite a bit of information and have built themselves up quite a bit from a fitness standpoint. For this kind of person, when all that's really needed is getting over a little plateau or figuring out how to break through a sticking point, Streamline's workout design program has been specially formulated to help you blow past your limitations and become even more efficient in the gym!
This program is not a 'canned' workout that you could pull out of a magazine! The workout design program incorporates a meeting in person or over the phone of about 30 minutes to determine where you currently are and what kind of limitations and goals you are managing. From that point, one of our certified personal training professionals will go over your existing workout regimen and design a modified plan to help you rocket past your plateaus and launch toward your goals.
