Who doesn't need a little Black Magic once in a while? In my simple basement area, I have striven since the beginning of 2007 to further stretch my appreciation of wine through the art of winemaking. Little did I know that the journey I would start back then would expose me to so much and refine my senses to a level I would not have thought possible had I been asked prior to undertaking this journey. Enjoy on these pages the different notes that I have presented on the wines that I have made. While I will not profess to have created masterpieces, I do know that I am making better wines progressively. I've been experimenting with working some Black Magic on different raw materials, testing and pushing different additives and techniques, all in the quest to expand my wine experiences.
